Please go to the Personal Center page, click “Cancel Account”, and fill out the account cancellation request. After verification, it will be processed within 15 business days.

2. How to invite others

  1. Log in to the SiliconCloud website via your computer.
  2. Click on the left sidebar “My Invitations” — “Copy Invitation Link”.
  3. Share the invitation information.
  4. Specific information about successful invitations will be displayed on the “My Invitations” page.
There are three invitation methods to choose from: QR code, invitation code, and invitation link.

3. Why can’t my phone number be registered or bound?

To ensure the security of user accounts and service experience on the platform, we have placed registration and binding restrictions on certain phone number segments that may pose security risks (such as those from some virtual operators). This measure aims to provide you with a safer and more stable service environment and reduce potential interference or impact caused by malicious activities on normal use. We recommend that you use a regular phone number provided by common Chinese mainland operators (such as China Mobile, China Unicom, and China Telecom) for registration or binding. If you are using a legitimate phone number but still receive an error message, we suggest trying a different number.If you still have questions, you can add the WeChat of the customer service assistant, and we will assist you promptly.

4. Why can’t I log in with Google/GitHub anymore?

To enhance account security, the Chinese version of SiliconFlow has recently discontinued the Google/GitHub login feature. If you have already linked a phone number, you can still log in via SMS; alternatively, you can use the “Email Login” option by entering your Google/GitHub email address to receive a verification code for login.
