2. Definitions

2.1 Balance Account: refers to the fund account automatically configured by SiliconFlow for each SiliconFlow Platform account. The act of a User recharging the balance account of a specified platform account shall be deemed as the User paying or prepaying service fees to SiliconFlow.

2.2 Since the platform's service billing occurs after the service is actually used, or due to requirements from you or the company or organization you represent, the balance account may experience overdraft. In such cases, your recharge behavior shall be deemed as a supplementary payment for services already rendered.

2.3 When the balance account is not in overdraft, your recharge behavior shall be deemed as a prepayment of service fees, which may be used to purchase products or services provided by the SiliconFlow Platform and deducted from your balance account upon actual delivery of the products or services.

3. Recharge Conditions

You may only recharge for SiliconFlow Platform accounts that you have joined, have the corresponding functional permissions for, and have completed real-name authentication.

4. Account Security

4.1 When conducting a recharge, you shall carefully confirm the account and information of the current operation. If your rights and interests are harmed due to your own improper operation, lack of understanding or insufficient understanding of recharge methods and consequences, resulting in recharging the wrong account, selecting the wrong recharge type, or making wrong payments, you shall bear the responsibility.

4.2 When using services provided by third-party payment enterprises during recharge, you shall comply with the various agreements and service rules of such third parties; during the use of third-party payment services, you shall properly safeguard personal information, including but not limited to bank account numbers, passwords, verification codes, etc.; you agree and acknowledge that SiliconFlow shall not bear any liability for disputes arising from third-party payment services.

4.3 Regardless of the recharge method used, you shall not engage in any form of fraud or deception by forwarding screenshots of QR codes, forwarding payment links, or any other means to induce others to make payments. Otherwise, SiliconFlow has the right to refund such recharge amounts via the original payment path, and all legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the perpetrator of the fraudulent act.

5. Recharge Methods

5.1 You may choose third-party payment enterprises recognized by SiliconFlow (currently Alipay and WeChat Pay) to pay the recharge amount.

5.2 If a User entrusts a third party to recharge a specified balance account, the User represents and warrants that they know and trust such third party, and that such third party is also aware of and agrees to accept the User's entrustment to recharge on their behalf. Such entrustment relationship exists between the User and the third party, and has nothing to do with SiliconFlow; otherwise, if SiliconFlow is informed by the third party that such recharge was not made with the third party's consent, SiliconFlow has the right to immediately ban the recharge User and the SiliconFlow Platform accounts related to the recharge behavior (during the account ban period, SiliconFlow has the right to suspend the account's use of platform services, including but not limited to API requests or any online features, the same applies hereinafter). Within 30 days from the date the User and related accounts are banned, or within the period required by SiliconFlow, the User shall provide sufficient evidence proving that the third party had prior consent to recharge on their behalf; otherwise, SiliconFlow will comply with the third party's request to refund the corresponding amount from the banned account to the third party. If the account balance is insufficient for the refund at that time, it will result in the account being in arrears. Regardless of whether the account is banned, arrears may affect the use of platform functions by the relevant account. If arrears occur, the arrears shall be borne by the recharging User, who shall make up the shortfall within 30 days.

5.3 The User represents and warrants the legality of the funding sources used for recharging; otherwise, SiliconFlow has the right to cooperate with the requirements of judicial authorities or other competent government authorities to take corresponding measures against the User or related SiliconFlow Platform accounts, including but not limited to banning the User and SiliconFlow Platform accounts.

6. Use of Recharge Balance

6.1 After you recharge, the use of your recharge balance has no expiration date and cannot be transferred or gifted. Therefore, please select a recharge amount based on your consumption needs; SiliconFlow does not impose restrictions on the number of recharges.

6.2 Upon a successful recharge, you may normally immediately begin using the corresponding products or services. In some cases, there may be a delay in crediting. If the credit has not been received for an extended period, you may contact SiliconFlow's service support personnel through the customer service channel (email: contact@siliconflow.cn) for assistance.

7. Invoices

SiliconFlow will issue invoices based on the amount actually paid and fully consumed (excluding any deductions or discounts) in accordance with the product or service agreement you have subscribed to, after your recharge balance has been consumed. Amounts that have only been paid but not consumed (remaining as account balance) cannot be invoiced.

8. Refund

8.1 You should fully estimate your actual needs and determine the recharge amount.

8.2 If you use online payment methods to recharge through third-party payment enterprises, within 360 days after the recharge is completed, you may voluntarily request a refund for the unconsumed balance. SiliconFlow and its cooperative third-party payment enterprises will review the User's refund request. If the review is approved, the refund will be returned via the original payment path, and corresponding handling fees may apply, which shall be borne by you.

8.3 In principle, each online payment recharge supports only one refund. In special circumstances, you may contact SiliconFlow's service support personnel through the customer service channel (email: contact@siliconflow.cn) for assistance.

8.4 Amounts recharged via bank transfer or other methods do not support self-service refunds. You may contact SiliconFlow's service support personnel through the customer service channel (email: contact@siliconflow.cn), cooperate by providing relevant supporting documentation, and SiliconFlow will refund the amount to the User after review is completed. Corresponding handling fees may apply.

8.5 Amounts that you have fully consumed after completing a recharge, or that shall be deducted in accordance with the relevant product or service agreement, shall not be refunded by SiliconFlow.

9. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute between you and SiliconFlow arising from this Agreement, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party shall have the right to submit the dispute to the Beijing Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its then-effective arbitration rules, which are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The arbitration language shall be Chinese. The place of arbitration shall be Beijing. The arbitration result shall be final and binding on both parties.
